Creamy Pumpkin and Carrot Soup with Mushroom Topping


It’s that time of year when I start wearing those cozy layers for outside, drinking more hot tea and coffee than water. Perfect time for an additional course in the evening .

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 large cloves garlic

  • ½ tsp. cumin powder
  • ½ tsp. coriander powder
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
